Shipping Policy for Annella Treasures

Thank you for shopping with Annella Treasures!
This Shipping Policy explains how and when your orders are processed, shipped, and delivered.


1. Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

  • You will receive another notification once your order has shipped.

  • During high-volume periods (such as holidays or sales), processing times may take slightly longer.

If there is any delay due to stock issues or customization requests, you’ll be notified right away via email.


2. Shipping Rates and Estimates

  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • I currently ship within the United States using trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside my control (such as carrier delays or weather).


3. Local Pickup (Optional)

If you’d like to arrange a local pickup in Lockport, NY, please contact me before placing your order.
Once your order is ready, I’ll email you to schedule a convenient pickup time.


4. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number.
Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update after shipping.


5. International Shipping

Currently, Annella Treasures ships only within the United States.
If you are interested in international delivery, please contact me directly at AnnellaTreasures@gmail.com — I’ll do my best to accommodate special requests.


6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

All prices on the Site are listed in USD and do not include applicable taxes or shipping costs (these are calculated at checkout).
Annella Treasures is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they are in transit.


7. Missing or Delayed Packages

If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated delivery window:

  1. Check your tracking link for updates.

  2. Contact the shipping carrier directly for details.

  3. If you still need help, reach out to me at AnnellaTreasures@gmail.com — I’ll do my best to assist in locating the package.

Please note that I cannot issue refunds for packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier.
